1. Where are the training sessions conducted?
My main training locations are at the Core Collective. (https://corecollective.sg/)
These locations will be highly preferred, but if you would like to train at other locations, it is something I am open to discussing.
2. How much does each training session cost?
Unfortunately, this is an answer I cannot give you. Not because I am trying to hide my pricing, but because workout programs can vary drastically from person to person. It would be a disservice to you for me to charge a standard rate.
You are a unique individual, and you would require a different level of care, concern and instruction from the person sitting next to you.
3. How many times a week will I have to train?
This would vary based on your goals.
In order to achieve exceptional results, such as a total body transformation, I would require you to train with me at least 3-4 times a week over a 12 week period.
If on the other hand, if you are just looking to learn the skills of leading a healthy lifestyle, then once or twice a week would be sufficient.
Regardless, make no mistake about it, there are no shortcuts. The bigger your goal, the more time and effort you’ll have to put into it. But, I’ll be there alongside you, every step of the way.
4. How long does each training session last?
Sessions last for about an hour, including warm ups and cooldowns.
You don’t need to spend a lot of time in the gym to get fit. You just need to be consistent with it.
